Vendor Terms & Conditions
1. Vendor Registration
By registering as a vendor on Saki Business Hub, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein. All vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Vendor Fees
Vendors are subject to the following fees:
- Registration Fee: A one-time non-refundable registration fee of 2621455,000.00 is required to activate your vendor account.
- Commission: A commission of 5.00% is charged on each sale made through the platform.
- Subscription: A monthly subscription fee of 2621452,000.00 applies for continued access to the platform.
3. Product Listings
All products listed on the platform must be accurately described with clear pricing, images, and specifications. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: illegal goods, counterfeit products, and items that infringe on intellectual property rights.
4. Order Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for processing and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Orders must be dispatched within the stated processing time. Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or account suspension.
5. Payments & Withdrawals
Vendor earnings are calculated after deducting platform commissions. Withdrawals can be requested once the minimum withdrawal amount of 26214525,000.00 is reached. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days.
6. Customer Service
Vendors must respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. All communication should be conducted through the platform's messaging system when possible.
7. Returns & Refunds
Vendors must have a clear return and refund policy. Customers are entitled to a refund if products are defective, damaged, or not as described. Refund requests must be processed within 7 days.
8. Account Termination
Saki Business Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to maintain quality standards.
9. Privacy
Vendors agree not to misuse customer data obtained through the platform. All customer information must be kept confidential and used solely for order fulfillment purposes.
10. Modifications
Saki Business Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcement.
